was founded over 13 years ago by Ron Ulrich, the current Managing Director of
Recruiting at ReSearch Networks Inc.
Ron has 18 years experience recruiting in
Engineering, IT/IS. During his tenure with RNI, Ron hired trained and
managed a centralized sourcing and recruiting team that produces 45 difficult
to find Engineering IT/IS hires per quarter in extremely demanding and
technically advanced disciplines.
Ron is a proven leader in the development and implementation of best practices
in all aspects of the recruiting process. Ron is extensively trained in
traditional and electronic recruiting methodologies and capable of assessing,
teaching, mentoring and implementing successful recruitment campaigns to the
benefit of clients nationally.
